What does a typical day in your life look like?
My typical day is always getting to work on time, checking emails, my boss’s calendar, answering emails, thinking ahead and writing to my boss reminders. Always making sure that there are no changes and if there is I attend to those changes on his schedule. Managing the office professionally and efficiently.
What does it mean to you to have achieved your Professional designation as an Office Profession?
It’s valuable, the designation shows that I am committed to my profession and I am well-trained and experienced. I have the required skills, attributes and it gives me the confidence in my abilities because it proves that my skills have been evaluated.

What are your favourite apps and why?
- Seat Guru – makes my life a whole easier as my boss is a busy CEO and he is a frequent flyer, this makes my life easier when I book him business trips all the time. I am able to make see any chances made to the bookings at any given moment.
- Minute Taker (makes it easier to listen back in case of a dispute in minutes), Skype and WhatsApp Instant Messenger
How do you deal with conflicts or problems in the office?
I always talk with the person, I focus mainly on the problem, and identify a problem and find a solution for all parties while remaining professional at all times.

Do what you do to the best of your ability, go the extra mile. Love your work you will never work a day in your life.
