Administrative Excellence Awards 2024

OPSA hosts the National Administrative Excellence Awards in April each year to promote and support administrative excellence and world-class service delivery in the workplace.  The awards are to reward and recognise outstanding service delivery by individuals who perform administrative duties or provide administrative support to an individual or team in an organisation or department.

The selection process does not take job titles/designations into account, but is focused on the demonstration of contribution, outputs, and service delivery of individuals in the administrative field.  (See table below for criteria that is taken into account when selecting winners.)

Nominees are contacted and if they accept the nomination, are asked to submit documentation and carry out a task that is decided by the OPSA Directors and Judges.

In 2024 the National Administrative Excellence Awards ceremony
will be held at a dinner on 26 June 2024 and will form part of the
OPSA Johannesburg Conference that will be held from 26-28 June 2024.

Closing date for nominations Wednesday, 18 May 2024

Winner to be announced:  Wednesday, 26 June 2024
